the form" link. You will be
getting a .DOC (MS-Word 2000) file.. Submit
the printed copy of the "APPLICATION
FORM" (filled up properly)
along with the following to the University
Office.:
1) DD of Rs.700.00 / 350.00 for
SC/ST (without late fine) and Rs. 900.00
/ 450.00 for SC/ST (with late fine) in favour
of WBUT-JEMAT payable at Kolkata with name
and address written on the back of the demand
draft.
2) Two copies of passport size photograph
duly signed by the applicant and mentioning
D.D. No. on the back.
It may be noted that subject
to submission of demand draft and other
documents and due verification by the University,
the "ADMIT CARD"
may be generated and printed by the applicant
from January 15, 2008; it may be collected
from the University office as well from
the same date.
The applicant should keep
the "ADMIT CARD"
with him and produce at the time of written
examination
For any future correspondence you have to
refer the following information :
1. Name of the Candidate
2. DD No.
3. Name of the Issuing Bank
The last date of submission of
completed forms is December
18, 2007 (without late fine) , December
27, 2007 (with late fine). Personal
submission of documents and draft is also
possible between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
on working days at University Office.
